Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hesabdar mobile application ("the App") provided by the Hesabdar / Mangro development team ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your own accounting and business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the store you installed it from.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the App, except where permitted by law.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' data.

3. Your data and backups

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your own backups. While the App offers backup to our server, Google Drive and Dropbox, we are not a bookkeeping, tax or financial-advice service, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the App's output. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription, auto-renewal, cancellation & refunds

Some features of the App require a paid annual subscription. The following terms apply:

4.1 Billing

The subscription is billed as a one-year term at the price shown at purchase (plus any applicable taxes). Payment is charged to your store account (e.g. Google Play, Cafe Bazaar or Myket) at confirmation of purchase.

4.2 Automatic renewal

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, the subscription renews automatically for successive one-year periods at the then-current price. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a store does not support auto-renewal, the subscription simply ends and you may renew manually.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through the subscription settings of the store you purchased from (for Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.

4.4 Refunds

Payments are processed by the app store, so refunds are subject to that store's policy:

• Google Play — refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy; requests are made through Google Play.
• Cafe Bazaar / Myket — refunds are subject to each store's own rules.

Where required by applicable consumer law (including the EU right of withdrawal), you may be entitled to a refund within the statutory period. To request help, contact [email protected]; final approval of a refund is governed by the relevant store and applicable law. Except where the law requires otherwise, partial periods are non-refundable.

4.5 Price changes

We may change the subscription price. Any change applies to renewals after reasonable prior notice, and where required by the store or law you will be asked to consent before a higher price is charged.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its name, logo and content (excluding the data you enter) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that backups will never be lost. The App does not provide tax, legal or financial advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, a notice in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by applicable law of the Developer's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Questions: [email protected].
